A confidential space to explore the thoughts, feelings and challenges in life

Sometimes we all need a safe space in which to slow down, breathe, and just be.

Hello, my name is Vicky.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Humanistic Counselling (Metanoia Institute)
  • Certificate in Psychotherapeutic Counselling (Metanoia Institute)

Additional Trainings:

  • Living in a Fog: Working with Dissociation and Dissociative Disorder (One in Four, 2024)

  • Foundation in Counselling Skills (Metanoia Institute, 2020)
  • Yoga and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (The Minded Institute, 2018)

Why Counselling?

We don’t need to be in crisis to come to counselling. Sometimes we all need a space where we can speak freely, and in confidence. Counselling looks to provide a non judgmental space in which you feel safe to be seen and heard.

My Approach

As a Humanistic therapist my approach centres around a belief that we are all inherently growth-oriented. Through empathy, presence and compassion, I hope to offer you space to explore whatever feels important or challenging right now, supporting you to better understand any feelings or thoughts that might seem messy or muddled.

Individual therapy, tailored to you

My approach to therapy is relational, which means the pacing and content of our sessions is tailored to what you want or need. This is your time and I am here to help facilitate the space.
